I absolutely cannot recommend this company enough. We were quoted $12,000 for a repair and replacement of our water heater. I turned to my neighbors task who they would trust for a second opinion and Russeau was a unanimous suggestion. Jarrett was able to squeeze me in between his already scheduled visits fixed my hot water heater in five minutes and did not charge me for his services. Our water heater wasn't working, during the coldest winter we had ever seen. Jarrett paid us a visit right away, diagnosed the issues, and reviewed options with us. We decided to get a new heater, and Jarrett was very knowledgeable in helping us choose which model would be best for our space. He also explained how to get money back for the remainder of our warranty on the old heater. I have an old house with old plumbing. We had a different plumber come out to fix a sink that wasn't working right. They charged a ton of money and didn't give effort into fixing the problem, telling me that I needed a full replacement that would cost me even more money. I called Rousseau and the plumber was able to fix what the other guy couldn't. He did it in less time and at half the cost, saving us from having to replace the faucet. Had a leak in the kitchen wall under the window and was panicking. Called Rousseau around 8am and a real person called back and even gave updates of techs expected time of arrival. At 10:00am Morgon was at my house. I was super impressed with his solution to my problem the speed and the professional service. He quickly and neatly rerouted the drain lines while not upselling anything else. Communicative, professional and timely and gave reasonable pricing as well. I had the 4 inch cast iron sewer line in the basement spring a 1 inch wide leak due to 70 years of corrosion. First thing in the morning I asked friends for recommendations and a fire fighter buddy suggested Jarrett Rousseau Plumbing. I called when they opened at 8am.

Rousseau had a team at my house before 9am. They were extremely knowledgeable and answered all mine and my wife's questions about how this could have happened (when there's a clog and it's rotored out, the process can damage the iron, especially where water pools) or is draino ok for clogs (no, it's harse on the interior of the line, use a bio safe product). They we done in less than 2 hours, tested everything thoroughly and put us back in service. The cost was half of what I had paid for the sewer line to be rotored from a clog a couple of years back.

We found our new forever plumbing company, we fully recommend to everyone!

We had a fantastic experience today with Nick from Rousseau Plumbing.  We called about a leak yesterday.  Robin in the office was extremely efficient. They came out arriving 10 minutes earlier than expected.  Nick knew exactly what to do, worked quickly and cleaned up after.  He explained everything to me in understandable language.
